Best eye cream for dark circles

We all hate them – those dark circles under the eyes that make us look older and more tired than we deserve.  The bad news is that dark circles are more likely to get worse with age – even if they didn’t trouble you much in your youth.

The good news is that creams for under eye dark circles are getting better and there are now great products out there which work.

There are two main approaches in the battle against under eye dark circles – you can hide them with a good concealer or reduce/eliminate them with special dark circle creams.

Dermaceuticals LRS Lipid Recovery Eye Serum – originally developed as a professional treatment after facial procedures this serum comes in gel capsule form so that the high levels of microencapsulated vitamin K and other actives (retinol) stay fresh and potent on application.  The serum has been extensively tested for clinical use and has been proven to reduce the appearance of dark circles and reverse UV induced skin damage.

5. Skinceuticals Eye Gel AOX – a gel serum based on vitamin C as the main ingredient to brighten and lighten the under eye area and reduce dark circles.  Also contains sodium hyaluronate to boost moisture levels and ferulic acid as an antioxidant.  Skinceuticals products are highly regarded and this has positive reviews.

My personal choice for a highly effective dark circle cream would be  to buy the DDF Erase Eye Gel as so many positive customers surely can’t be wrong.  You can always use a good concealer on top so you hide your dark circles and get rid of them at the same time.
